SyncX Vendor Policy
Vendor Listing Responsibility
Vendors on SyncX are responsible solely for listing their products. This includes providing accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
Order Management and Fulfillment
SyncX will handle all order management, processing, and fulfillment. Vendors are not required to manage shipping or delivery.
Customer Service
SyncX will take care of all customer inquiries, support, and any post-purchase communication. Vendors do not interact directly with customers for support.
Product Listing Standards
Vendors must ensure their product listings comply with SyncX’s quality standards, including high-quality images, clear descriptions, and accurate information. Listings with misleading or incorrect information may be removed.
Compliance
All products listed must comply with local laws and regulations. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products are legal and meet all necessary standards.
Payments
Vendors will receive payments based on sales minus any applicable fees as per SyncX’s vendor agreement. Payment schedules and terms will be provided upon vendor onboarding.
Intellectual Property
Vendors must own the rights to sell the products listed on SyncX. Any issues related to trademark or copyright infringement will be the responsibility of the vendor.
Prohibited Items
SyncX reserves the right to refuse or remove listings for prohibited or restricted items, including illegal products, counterfeit goods, and items that violate platform policies.
Performance Monitoring
SyncX monitors vendor performance based on customer feedback, product quality, and compliance. Consistently poor performance may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Amendments to Policy
SyncX reserves the right to update or modify this Vendor Policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
