SyncX Shipping Guidelines
At SyncX, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery options and processes.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with purchase details and estimated delivery time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Within Karachi City):
Free of charge for all orders. - Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
- Standard Shipping (Outside Karachi City):
Additional charges will be covered by the buyer, based on delivery location and package weight. - Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
Note: We do not offer international shipping services at this time. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package in real-time.
Shipping Address Information
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delivery issues. SyncX is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- For modifications or cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processed, changes may not be possible.
- If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos if possible.
- For lost packages, contact customer support for assistance. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
Shipping Restrictions
SyncX does not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Orders are limited to within Pakistan.
